We highly recommend purchasing shipping protection at checkout. BBB is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items that do not have purchase protection.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure that all shipping information is accurate before completing order. In the event that an order is returned to us we will re-ship after receiving payment for shipping fees. If fees are not paid, no refund shall be given and items will be donated.
