Pre-Orders

If you are placing a PRE-ORDER with BBB please note the following:

• We only offer pre-orders from trusted vendors we've worked with previously to ensure quality and delivery, however, with pre-orders unexpected issues can arise. If for any reason the pre-order cannot be fulfilled a refund will be sent to the initial form of payment immediately.
  
  
• PAYMENT: Payment for item is charged immediately.

• REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS: Pre-order may be canceled, by customer, at any point up until the time the order is placed with the vendor for full refund. Once the order has been placed a cancellation is treated as a return and only a store credit can be issued.
